John W. Rodick age 60 a resident of Sterling Heights for 23 years died suddenly Monday August 6th , 2012 at McLaren Macomb, Mt. Clemens . He was born the son of William and Lillian (nee Repoly) December 23, 1951 in Cleveland, Ohio.

John was employed with Chrysler's 15 Mile Stamping plant for 26 years as a Die Shop Manager. He was a member of American Legion Post 4 Riders Club. His hobbies included camping, cycling and working out at Powerhouse Gym in Fraser.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years Pamela (nee Burdick), a son John (Heather) Rodick and a daughter Kari (Jim) Anglin. Proud grandfather of Alexis and Zack Rodick and Maria and Jimmy Anglin. Brother of David Rodick, Susan Kakstis and Mark (Diane) Rodick, son-in-law of Opal Burdick. John was predeceased by his parents William and Lillian Rodick, brother-in-law Robert Kakstis, and father-in-law Ronald Burdick.

Funeral Service 10 AM Saturday at the A.H.Peters Funeral Home 32000 Schoenherr at Masonic (13 ½ Mile Rd.), Warren with Rev. William Lawrence officiating. American Legion Riders Service Friday 7:30 PM. Visitation Thursday from 4 to 9pm and Friday 1 to 4pm (Family Dinner Break) and 6 to 9pm.
